UPDATE

On February 9, 2010, the City Council approved Policy Alternative B in the February 2, 2010 Supplemental Memorandum with modifications as described in the February 4, 2010 Memorandum.

NEXT STEPS

The City Attorney’s Office will be preparing ordinances to amend the Municipal Code.  The ordinances will be placed on a City Council Agenda for approval and adoption.
