Conveniently located in downtown San José in the San José McEnery Convention Center, the Visitor Information Center offers one-stop-shopping for your visitor needs.

Stop by the Visitor Center for directions, reservations assistance (lodging and restaurants), calendars of events, and general information.

Airport Information Booths

Information booths located in each airport terminal are staffed with volunteers who will assist visitors with questions upon arrival. They will also provide directions, maps and brochures.
